Do Pandemonium at level 1, then rush Port Tasks + Sea Charting as you unlock each dock (Port Sarim → Land’s End at 5 → Musa Point 10 → Piscarilius 15 → Catherby 20 → Brimhaven 25), swapping to 2-tick Shipwreck Salvaging from level 15 for better XP until level 30. From 30 onward, camp Barracuda Trials: Tempor Tantrum to 55, Jubbly Jive to 72, then Gwenith Glide all the way to 99 for the top XP rates.
