What's going on guys, my name's Theoatrix and today I'll show you the best beginner bosses in OSRS. I’ve put these bosses into 3 categories: the Easy Low Level Bosses, where you should have 60s in the combat skills, the Easy Mid Level Bosses, where you'll need at least level 70s, and to finish the guide, I'll be showing the free to play bosses. Let's get into it…
Guide Outline
If you would prefer to watch a video-version of this guide, I have linked that below. Otherwise, continue scrolling to read the written-version of this guide.
Easy Low Level Bosses
Starting with the easy low level bosses section. Arguably, the easiest members boss in the game, is the giant mole. Even level 3s have the giant mole pet, where they defeated the mole with poison.

It uses one single attack style, which is melee, and doesn't deal any other damage other than melee. This means all you really need to fight the mole normally is 43 prayer for protect from melee, although that's not even required.

The only mechanic is where it burrows and moves to a new location in the cave, and that mechanic doesn't deal any damage.
Overall, the mole can be decent for money too, but there's also the giant mole pet, dropped at a rate of 1 in 3000.

Another very easy low level boss, is defeating Dagannoth rex. Getting to rex is the hardest part, where you manoeuvre through waterbirth dungeon, then around the other Dagannoth kings.
With a warped sceptre, which requires 62 mage, you can effectively kill rex at a low level.
Rex drops the berserker ring, which is worth over 5 mil right now. The drop rate is pretty common as well, only 1 in 128.
With a warped sceptre and 62 magic, you can expect to make around 500k GP per hour at rex. And there's also the pet drop at a rate of 1 in 5000.

Scurrius is another easy low level boss which can be excellent for levelling your combat stats. You can train here with any attack style, and having at least level 50s in the combat stats means you can wear ratbane weaponry.
This weaponry allows you to get over 100k XP per hour at Scurrius at a low level, while having a chance of the pet too. As a whole, Scurrius is one of the best training spots for mid levelled accounts, but sadly the loot there is nothing exciting.

One of the oldest activities in the game, barrows, is a decent introduction to PvM. There aren't a lot of mechanics or major prayer switches required but its still a decent entry level bossing activity. Barrows gear has come down in price a lot since the start of OSRS, but there are still some pieces over a mil, and some even worth a few mil.

In the low level category, there are a few other bosses that could be a nice entry to bossing.
The Chaos Fanatic is very very easy with at least 60 ranged, and has a couple of mechanics to look out for. However, it is in the wilderness, making it a dangerous boss to kill.

Hespori is another one, which is a great beginner boss with forgiving mechanics. It’s easily doable with 60s in the combat stats however its another boss that cant be repeated.
The new Hueycoatl and Amoxilatyl could both also be considered to be a low level boss, although there are quite a few mechanics to watch out for.
Easy Mid Level Bosses
Now lets talk about mid level bosses, and for these, you’ll want to have at least level 70s in the respective combat stats.

First on this list, is Vorkath, which is possibly the most rewarding beginner boss in the game. With at least 70 ranged, you can effectively defeat Vorkath for a lot of profit and ranged XP.

There are a few mechanics to watch out for, but they are all easy to learn. The only slightly tricky one is the acid walk phase, where its extremely unforgiving if you mess it up. You could also defeat Vorkath with melee, although ranged is a little bit easier.

Moons of Peril is another great introduction to bossing mechanics without the huge damage dealt from higher levelled bosses. There are 4 separate bosses you fight in the moons of peril, each with unique mechanics to learn.
It can be a decent money maker too, but I mostly like Moons for the variety of mechanics you learn.

Sarachnis is another mid level boss that can be defeated with around 70s in the combat stats. In fact, Sarachnis is so easy that you can AFK entire kills at higher levels. It has a number of mechanics but nothing too damaging, so if you make a mistake you can easily fix it up.

The King Black Dragon is another mid level boss, which is possible to kill with even lower stats, but having at least 70s will make you effective. Its not a profitable boss since the only valuable drops are extremely rare, and there aren't really that many mechanics to watch out for.

Defeating Jad is a cornerstone for your Runescape account, proving you can perform under pressure, while managing your prayer switches. Manoeuvring the healers can take a bit of practice, but once you defeat Jad for the first time, you’ve officially made it out of the beginner bossing stage.
Next, there are 2 beginner raids that you can do to get started raiding.

Tombs of Amascut entry mode is quite easy, and doing it solo or as a duo is an excellent way to learn TOA. The damage and mechanics of the bosses in entry mode are a lot more forgiving than the higher difficulties, and you still have a chance to get some unique rewards from entry.
To be able to partake in the tombs, you do need to complete the beneath cursed sands quest, and the final boss of that quest is a bit tricky on a low levelled account, but after a few tries, you'll get it.

Theatre of Blood entry mode is a little bit harder, but with a decent team you’ll be able to learn TOB effectively. You have to do an entry mode for the night at the theatre quest, which is a great introduction to the raid.
The Easiest Bosses
Bryophyta could be your ticket out of free to play. It has an 11 mil drop, which is almost enough for a bond.

Aside from loot, Bryophyta is a great introduction to bossing, and is one of two free to play bosses.

There’s only one real mechanic you need to watch out for, and that is the growthlings, where you just have to use an axe to defeat them.
In members worlds, Bryophyta will also poison you, but not in free to play.
Since you need a mossy key to fight Bryophyta, its not a boss you can kill constantly.

on the topic of free to play bosses, I'll mention Obor. Obor is another fight that can introduce you to bossing, where there aren't really any mechanics, so with protection prayers, the fight is quite easy. Sadly Obor doesn't have any super valuable loot, but for free to play ironmen, it's a decent way to get rune armour and weapons.

You could also consider Tempoross and the Wintertodt to be some of the easiest bosses in the game. They provide competitive XP rates for fishing and firemaking, although I didn't really mention them in this video since I was focusing on combat.
Anyways, that's the best beginner bosses in Old School Runescape. Thanks for reading.
