Firstly is making tars, where you get 49 seconds of AFK time, and with irit tars, you can get up to 170k XP per hour.

Stackable Ingredient Potions

Or the other method, is creating potions with stackable ingredients.

These include stamina potions, anti-venoms and ancient brews, where ancient brews are the fastest XP rate. All of those give the same 49 seconds of afk time per inventory.
