Up until October of 2023, there were no real AFK training methods for Firemaking.
Foresters Campfires
But, Jagex added foresters campfires, or also known as bonfires, which allow you to AFK for 81 seconds at a time, and with the highest level log, you can get over 160k XP per hour.

Solo/Low-Player Wintertodt
There’s also the Wintertodt, and particularly in solos or low player games, it's possible to play pretty AFK since the Wintertodt attacks less often. Doing this, you can get up to 300k firemaking XP per hour.
