These are the best monsters to pick for it, and on average, you’ll get a bone every 2 hours.

To reach 99 construction purely from this method, you need around 2.9 k bones, which is going to take over 5000 hours.

This means your XP rate is about 2 to 3k XP per hour in construction, which is terrible, but it is the only AFK construction method in the game.
