What's going on guys, my name's Theoatrix and today I'm going through every skillcape and I'll explain the perks from each. I'll be starting with the combat skills, then I'm showing the capes in random order.
Lets get into it.
If you would prefer to watch a video-version of this guide, I have linked that below. Otherwise, continue scrolling to read the written-version of this guide.
Guide Outline
Attack

First up, is the attack skill and when you wear the skillcape, you can freely enter the cyclops area of the guild without spending any tokens. This is excellent for getting extra dragon defenders, whether its for PvP or PvM in the wilderness. It’s not that useful for your first dragon defender though, because you will hopefully get that before 99 attack.
Strength

Next up, is the strength skillcape, which can teleport you unlimited times to the entrance of the warriors guild. This is particularly useful for certain clue steps near the guild.
Defence

The defence skillcape is one that isn't overly popular. It acts as a ring of life, teleporting you away from combat when you're under 10% health. This is one that could be useful on a hardcore ironman, or it can also be used with AFK combat training.
Ranged

The ranged skillcape is one that's actually used fairly often, and it acts as an Ava's Accumulator when worn. You can also use a Vorkath head on a ranging skillcape to make it act as an Ava's Assembler. This cape is used at places like the Inferno, which gives slight defensive bonuses and an extra prayer bonus compared to normal Ava's devices.
Magic

The magic skillcape has one of the most useful perks in the game. It lets you change your spellbook 5 times per day. This saves you going to your house or another persons house to change your spellbook, so you can change it from anywhere. It’s used in a range of situations.
Prayer

The prayer cape doesn't have a very useful perk. It acts as a holy wrench, which gives you a few extra prayer points for every prayer potion dose you drink. But, it doesn't stack with the actual holy wrench, and it doesn't stack with the ring of the gods, so its pretty much useless.
Hitpoints

The hitpoints cape is a great one to have. It doubles the rate at which your hitpoints regenerate automatically, and this stacks with the regen bracelet to give you 3 hitpoints every minute. This is an extremely useful perk for certain methods, like at Pyramid Plunder, where you take some damage but not a lot.
Now those were all of the combat skills, lets get into the regular skills.
Runecrafting

First up, is everybody's favourite! And that is runecrafting. The runecrafting cape perk is pretty decent, except for the fact that no one trains runecrafting past 99. Although, since it stops your pouches from degrading, wearing the runecrafting cape is required to get the best possible profit and XP rates from the skill.
Construction

In my opinion, this next cape is the most useful one in the game. And that is the construction skillcape. The perk gives you unlimited teleports to your player owned house, as well as unlimited teleports to all of the house portals. It essentially acts as a house teleport plus with scrolls of redirection. This is game changing for your account, however, it does cost a fortune to get the construction skill to 99.
Agility

The agility skillcape is another decent one, but its not quite as useful as construction or magic. The perk lets you restore your run energy to full plus give you 1 minute of stamina potion once per day. So its not super super useful, but it can be great if you're running somewhere and forgot to bring a stamina.
Herblore

The herblore perk is one that is particularly useful on an ironman account. The perk lets you make unfinished potions with grimy herbs, and when you make them, you get the experience for cleaning the herb. It also lets you create unfinished potions in Nardah without the hard desert diaries.
Thieving

The thieving cape can be a useful one. It gives an additional 10% chance of being successful while pickpocketing an NPC. And this effect stacks with the Ardy diary rewards. So the thieving cape is particularly useful for things like thieving Ttzhaars, or making money at Vyres or elves.
Crafting

Now, crafting is another skill that's up there with the best in terms of skillcape perks. And the crafting cape provides unlimited teleports to the crafting guild, and the teleport is very very close to the bank. This cape is outstanding for a range of different activities and methods, giving quick access to the bank. I would say this one, the construction, magic and farming capes are the best perks.
Fletching

Next up is fletching, which is kind of useful in some niche situations. You can search the fletching skillcape 3 times per day for a mithril grapple and a bronze crossbow. This can be used while getting to Kree Arra in Godwars since it saves an inventory slot.
Slayer

The slayer skillcape perk gives you a 10% chance to repeat your slayer task when getting a new task. It also allows you to bypass the combat requirements at slayer masters, which can be useful for pures. Overall its not a super useful perk but can improve your slayer training depending on the task.
Hunter

The hunter skillcape perk provides a range of different teleports. You can teleport unlimited times to the hunter guild, or you can have 5 teleports per day to the black or red chinchompa hunter areas. These teleports can be useful in some situations, particularly the black chinchompa teleport since it takes you deep in the wilderness.
Mining

The mining skillcape perk is a 5% chance of getting an extra ore up to adamant while mining, giving the full amount of experience.. And this stacks with the Varrock armour effect for a considerable boost in your mining XP rates. This also works at places like Zalcano.
Smithing

The smithing skillcape has a couple of useful perks. Wearing the cape acts as goldsmith gauntlets, so you can just wear ice gloves while you're training your smithing at the blast furnace. It also allows your coal bag to hold 36 coal instead of 27, which improves a few of the methods at the blast furnace too.
Fishing

Next is the fishing cape, and this provides unlimited perks to the fishing guild and ottos grotto. These can be useful for training fishing, although they are most commonly used for certain clue steps.
Cooking

The cooking cape is a nice one to have, where it completely stops you from burning food while cooking. This is excellent for mains to make money , or for irons to prepare food for PvM.
Firemaking

Now for firemaking, and despite being a completely useless skill, the firemaking perk isn't too bad. It acts as an inextinguishable light source, and acts as warm clothing for the Wintertodt. So this can be used in certain caves and areas.
Woodcutting

The woodcutting cape increases your chance of getting a bird nest by 10% while woodcutting. This is decent for people trying to get god eggs or clue scrolls.
Farming

And, the twenty third skill, is farming, where the skillcape perk gives unlimited teleports to the farming guild. It also increases the yield of herb patches by 5%, which stacks with other boosts. This is great for making even more money from herb runs, although the teleport to the farming guild is also extremely useful. Its another teleport that's fairly close to a bank, but not quite as close as the crafting skillcape, but still pretty close.
So this is a decent alternative to the crafting cape. For ironmen, the farming cape is extremely helpful, increasing your herb yield, since you don't stop farming herbs on an ironman.

Anyways, that was every skillcape perk in OSRS. Which one do you think is the most useful? I would probably say construction is the best one, although its very expensive to get.
Thanks for reading.
