If you find that your bank is getting cluttered with a lot of jewellery that’s not fully charged, you can go ahead and withdraw all of it as a note, and put it in your invent, and head over to the runes guy at the grand exchange. He’s in the south eastern area and if you right-click and decant, he’s going to turn them all into the maximum possible charge. This is so handy for saving bank space and it just makes training down the track a lot easier, since you almost always have a fully charged piece of jewellery.
